Class Descriptions

Brand New to Pole

Welcome to the world of pole dancing! If you're new to pole, we recommend starting with our Intro To Pole courses, which run every few months and cover the essential foundations. You can also consider booking a private lesson or joining one of our beginner or mixed ability classes to kickstart your pole journey. 

Pole Classes Beginner/ Intertmediate/ Advanced

Pole classes for all levels. From beginners- no prior experience is required, so come as you are! - to advanced.

These classes focus on tricks transitions and flow elements for each level.

Choreo

Learn a low flow pole routine class for all levels. New song and routine each week! No up the pole tricks, just dancing!

Heels optional. Knee pads recommended.

Suitable for all levels however its recommended to have had at least one private or done the intro to pole course prior to joining this one.

4 Week Routine Course

A routine class where we learn a 2-3 minute routine over 4 weeks. Adding to the routine each lesson, taking the time to practice the techniques to feel sexy and confident in your movement.

Flexibility Class

A stretch class where you can focus on improving your splits, mastering backbends, and enhancing your overall flexibility. This class is designed for all levels, whether you're a beginner or more advanced pole dancer working towards all your bendy pole goals. Unlock all your flexy potential!

Privates and Semi Privates

Private lesson and semi private lessons are suitable for all levels and are a great option  if you;

- want to build confidence on your own or with friends first

-  prepare for competitions

- work towards a specific goal or move

- like having your training solely tailored towards you!

 

Private lessons can be for pole tricks, dance or flexibility
